Naruto Shippuden the Movie The Lost Tower

Naruto Uzumaki is sent on a mission to find and apprehend Mukade, a missing ninja. He travels to the once-glorious historic ruins of "Ouran," where he follows and corners the fugitive ninja. Mukade's purpose is revealed to be a dormant leyline within the ruins; he awakens the leyline's power, causing a light to surround Naruto, transporting him 20 years into the past. Naruto meets the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, when he wakes up.
