Neighboring Sounds
A private security company comes to a middle-class neighborhood in the city of Recife, Brazil, in the present day. This changes everything. When these men show up, they make people feel safe, but they also make people nervous in a culture that is built on fear. She has to figure out how to deal with her neighbor's dog constantly barking and howling. Bia, who is married and has two kids, has to find a way to deal with it.
