It's been a long time since Caine, Bronson, Angus, and Wendell, also known as "The Chain Breakers," fled the dreadful Vietnamese POW camp. They've been assigned to the Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans, where they'll be housed together. Each of the boys has an unfulfilled ambition. As a result, they come together to formulate a strategy for escaping this new nightmare.
