Ice Cube reprises his role as Craig Jones, a streetwise South Central Los Angeles resident with a penchant for getting himself into mischief. This time around, Craig is still attempting to outwit neighborhood bully Debo (Tommy "Tiny" Lister Jr.); after defeating Debo in a fist battle, Debo is hell-bent on flattening Craig in a rematch. To avoid Debo's attention, Craig's father determines that he should hide out with his Uncle Elroy and cousin Day-Day in Rancho Cucamonga... but trouble appears to find him there as well.
