November Rule
Steve, an up-and-coming sports shoe entrepreneur who is still grieving the loss of his father, has instituted a "November rule" to keep him away from women who appear to be getting too serious about their relationship. Steve fabricates a major lie on November 1st in order to break up with his current girlfriend. When he delivers the lovely Leah her walking papers this year, he realizes that his immature and arbitrary rule has cost him the woman of his dreams. But whether he can reclaim Leah is becoming increasingly uncertain, especially once she begins dating James Avedon, a pro sports player.
