One Punch Man: Road to Hero

Saitama speaks with a shop owner who is being coerced by a local gang to relinquish his store's deed after defeating multiple villains in the abandoned region of Z-City but still having troubles with rent money (and continuing harassment from the landlord who says he's 3 months overdue). A conversation between the gang boss and one of his stooges reveals that the boss has had an urge to buy out all of the stores in the region in order to destroy them.
