Operator
Jeremy, a Senior Police Officer, and Pamela, a veteran 911 call center operator, are kidnapped and held hostage. They have no choice but to follow the kidnapper's rules: send messages through dispatch for all police and fire units to spread out to different parts of the city. They don't know who or why, but they do know that if they don't work together in a secret way, they'll be the ones who make the city's biggest crime happen.
