Ordet
Morten, a Danish farmer who is very religious, has three sons with very different religious views. Anders, the youngest, shares his father's religion, but Mikkel, the oldest, has lost his faith, and Johannes, the middle child, thinks he is Jesus Christ and says so. Everyone's beliefs are tested when Mikkel's wife, Inger, has a hard time giving birth.
