Anxious high school senior Tom Lawrence visits Port Chester University and is mentored by fraternity wild man Droz and his housemates at The Pit by politically correct college life. As for Droz and his cronies, Rand McPherson and the school's hard-nosed president are their main competitions. In order to save their house from being demolished, Droz and his friends decide to arrange a wild party where all the factions would meet.
