Grandmother Mi Ja works part-time as a caretaker while also juggling the responsibilities of raising an adolescent grandson on her own. Despite her difficult circumstances, she maintains a gentle demeanor, dresses in a fashionable manner, and explores the world with a childlike wonder. While taking a poetry class, she attempts to capture the essence of life in poetic form, but the early signs of Alzheimer's disease, as well as the financial and emotional strain caused by her grandson's stunning misbehavior, put a stop to her simple desire of completing a poem.
