Protégé
Undercover officer Nick had spent the last seven years infiltrating the heart of a criminal network, rising through the ranks from street dealer to cargo delivery manager for Kwan, the largest player in the local heroin market. When the dying Kwan appoints Nick as his protégé, Nick can't help but bow to the lure of money and power, and he begins to act like a true drug dealer. Nick becomes increasingly perplexed about his true identity as a result of this, as well as his affair with heroin junkie Jane, which leads to a terrible conclusion.
