During the height of World War II, Danny Coogan, a young boy, dreams of joining the army. It wasn't long before Danny found the container containing Mr. Toulon's mysterious puppets and was immediately pushed into a war of his own. She is a beautiful Japanese saboteur who plans to attack an American manufacturing plant with the help of Max and Klaus, two Nazis. Danny and the Puppets are the only ones who can stop this Axis of Evil after his family is attacked and his girlfriend Beth is kidnapped.
