Riot
Copper Jack Stone orchestrates a bank robbery on purpose in order to be sent into prison with Russian kingpin Balam. Balam is more than a gangster; he is a crafty and terrifying ruler who rules the police force from behind bars. Balam is imprisoned to conceal his true status as king of the city. His cell is a sumptuous private room made exclusively for him in the depths of the jail building, inaccessible to the majority. Even the warden is afraid to enter his section of the prison. Balam, surrounded by his faithful minions and guards in his walled-off stronghold, is unaware that Jack is on his way to avenge his family, whom Balam slaughtered in cold blood. Balam is a tough cookie... but Jack is a tougher cookie.
