It is an earthquake-prone tropical country where the three stooges find themselves. An official believes they are plotting to kill President Ward Robey after receiving a telegram telling them to "get rid of present clothes" and a lack of success selling fur coats to the natives. When a gorgeous revolutionary, Rita, comes to their rescue, they are sent on a mission to deliver crucial plans to the revolutionary leader. Once again, they're on their way to the firing squad when Rita shows up with the genuine blueprints instead of a rolled-up calendar.
