Tiffany, Charlie, and Vernon are con artists who want to take their schemes to the next level. They believe that defeating Dean "The Dean" Stevens, a well-known cardsharp, in a rigged game will be an excellent method to do this. However, they must first raise the necessary funds in order to compete against Stevens, so they agree to work with fellow crook Larry Jennings to con a local mafia, which turns out to be a disastrous decision.
