Short Circuit
In the aftermath of a lightning strike, Number 5, a beloved robot, begins to believe he is human and leaves the lab. Aiming to beat the military to No. 5, his designer, Newton, is hot on his tail. During this period, an animal lover who mistakenly believes the robot to be an alien takes the robot in and begins teaching him about Earth's culture.
