To everyone else, Jang-bu was just another normal kid—except for his unique ability to see motion in slow motion. Friends called him "monster eyes" because of his eyes, so he decided to stay home and avoid the crowds. All he's ever had is his television set as a companion. This is the perfect job for him now that he's grown up: he works at the CCTV control center. He gets a sense of sharing a life that he's never had when he looks at other people's lives via the lens of a camera. Jang-new bu's profession allows him to open up to the world, and he makes some new friends outside of the control room.
