Spring Eddy
Eddy, a small-time Chicago thief with a taste for dumb schemes, is on the run. A pretty hitchhiker on the road gets in the way of Eddy's plans to go to Mexico. What starts out as a simple tryst ends with Eddy being beaten up, broken down, and without money in Wynot, TX. Eddy tries to hold up a bank and make a run for it, but his plan goes awry and he's caught by Sheriff Willet Nash himself. Jeannie is Eddy's only chance to get out of jail alive. He left her jilted at the altar back in Chicago when he got married.
