Storm Over Asia
During World War I, in 1918, a young Mongolian herdsman and trapper is conned out of valuable fox skin by a European businessman who wants to make money off of fur. After fighting with the trader who cheated him, he runs away to the hills. As a Soviet partisan in 1920 he helps the partisans fight against the British army that was taking over. The British, on the other hand, capture him when they try to get cattle from the herdsmen. They also meet with a Grand Lama who has been reincarnated. It turns out that after the trapper is killed, the army finds an amulet that shows that Genghis Khan is his great-great-grandfather. In the end, they find that he is still alive. The army takes care of him and plans to use him as the head of a puppet regime. This puts the trapper in charge of the puppet government, so he comes to the fore again. It turns against his masters in a rage at the end, though.
