Mr. Badii, a middle-aged Tehranian man, is focused on committing suicide and is looking for someone to bury him when he passes away. Driving about the city, the ostensibly wealthy Badii meets with a number of individuals, including a Muslim student, who he asks to take on the task, but he has little success at first. Badii eventually finds a willing participant since he needs the money, but his new partner quickly attempts to dissuade him from taking his own life.
