The 4th Floor

A young woman moves into a new apartment she received from her grandmother, who died in an odd accident there. As rats and flies invade her flat, she is soon challenged by strange neighbors, and it is clear that someone is out to get her. But who could it be, given the assortment of oddballs around her? Everyone cautions her to avoid her upstairs neighbor, yet he is the only one who is nice to her. The neighbor below her is supposedly an 80-year-old woman, yet when the young woman moves furniture, she strikes the floor so hard that tiles are broken. Another neighbor appears kind at first, but becomes increasingly intrusive and dangerous as time goes on. Her boyfriend, a weatherman, is also a possibility. She moved into their flat against his will.
