Tintin, a young reporter, and his loyal dog, Snowy, are thrown into a world of high adventure when they find a ship carrying an explosive secret. As Tintin gets involved in a mystery that happened hundreds of years ago, Ivan Ivanovitch Sakharine thinks he stole a valuable treasure. Tintin and Snowy, with the help of the salty, cranky Captain Haddock and the clumsy detectives Thompson and Thomson, travel half the world, staying one step ahead of their enemies as Tintin tries to find the sunken ship Unicorn, which may hold a lot of money but also an old curse.
