The Aerial

No one can hear the residents of a nameless city "in the year XX." The most common method of exchanging ideas is through the mouth-to-mouth method of communication. Only La Voz ("the voice"), a singer for the city's lone TV station, operated by Mr. TV, has retained her voice. Mr. TV craves La Voz. La Voz is completely obscured by the hood she drapes over her head. In addition to having a voice, she has a son with no eyes named Tomás (although this is kept a secret). At some point, Tomás becomes close friends with Ana, who lives next door, thanks to a mistaken delivery of a letter.
