So-young, a 65-year-old woman, is known as the 'Bacchus lady,' and is one of the most well-known prostitutes for old men in Seoul's old park, which is located in the city's heart. Her customer SONG has a stroke, and she decides to give him a visit after learning of his condition. SONG, who has been abandoned by his family, begs So-young to take his life. So-young eventually chooses to assist him after much deliberation. When she tells another customer, Jae-woo, about SONG's death help, Jae-woo inquires whether to whether it is possible to murder his friend, who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. So-young initially rejects, but eventually agrees to his request. In the end, Jae-woo asks So-young to assist him in his suicide after a long period of loneliness, and So-young finally loses control.
