The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans

Terrence McDonagh, a sergeant with the New Orleans Police Department, is awarded a medal and promoted to lieutenant for his bravery during Hurricane Katrina. McDonagh injures his back as a result of his bravery and develops a dependency on prescription painkillers. He subsequently becomes connected with a drug dealer who is accused of murdering an African immigrant family.
