The Beast And The Beauty

This is a romantic-comedy movie made in South Korea in 2005. It's called The Beast and the Beauty. It's about a voice actor named Dong-gun (Ryu Seung-beom). His blind girlfriend Hae-ju (Shin Min-a) suddenly gets surgery to make her eyesight come back. Dong-gun, who lied to Hae-ju about how he looked, now takes extreme steps to change his appearance, but promises to return soon. When Hae-ju sees Kim Kang-woo, a friend of Dong-from gun's high school, she mistakenly thinks that he looks like Dong-gun, too. Dong-gun finds himself having a hard time keeping the love of the woman he loves in his heart.
