Harriet and Queenie Mahoney, a vaudeville duo, travel to Broadway because their buddy Eddie Kerns wants them for a number in one of Francis Zanfield's productions. Eddie was previously in love with Harriet, but after meeting Queenie, he falls in love with her. However, she is courted by Jock Warriner, a member of New York's high society. It takes Queenie some time to realize that she is merely a plaything for Jock, and it takes Harriet some time to realize that Eddie is in love with Queenie.
