The Cassandra Crossing

The Cassandra Crossing is an all-star catastrophe movie about 1000 condemned people stranded on a plague-infested train. On board the Stockholm to Geneva Express, a terrorist infected with a deadly illness infects everyone on board. Colonel Mackenzie (Burt Lancaster) is dispatched to the scene and discovers Dr. Chamberlain (Richard Harris) aboard the train. Mackenzie decides to reroute the train to the Cassandra Crossing, where it will vanish. However, the passengers begin to recover magically, and Chamberlain must race against the clock to disconnect the automobiles.
