If you play baduk (go) professionally, you might lose a big game to an underground gambler called Sal-Soo. Tae-seok loses the game, and he gets framed for the murder of his own brother and ends up in prison. He vows to get back at them and trains hard. Following his seven-year sentence, he contacts his brother's former associate "Tricks," recluse and blind master player "The Lord," and skilled junkyard owner Mok-su; together, they devise a scheme to exact revenge on Sal-soo and his crew. Tae-seok slowly gets into Sal-inner soo's circle and his gambling joint, and one by one, he gets rid of Sal-men. soo's Sal-soo, on the other hand, learns Tae-true seok's identity and challenges him to one last game that will decide both men's fates.
