The Evil That Men Do

When a Latin American journalist friend of Holland's is murdered, he is forced to come out of retirement to bust a Central American government's political torture network. Innocent victims are being tortured by the murderer, Doctor Clement Molloch. Molloch is lured out of his fortress-like headquarters by Holland, who pretends to be a journalist and uses his slain friend's wife and daughter as bait. It's only after Molloch's sister is kidnapped by Holland that the doctor is eventually confronted by the kidnapper himself.
