Mitch McDeere is a young man with a bright career in law. He is about to take his Bar test when he is approached by 'The Firm,' who makes him an offer he can't refuse. Seduced by the money and gifts poured on him, he is completely unaware of the more dark side of his organization. Then two Associates are slain.
