The Girl in a Swing

A London art broker travels to Copenhagen and needs the assistance of a secretary who is trilingual in Danish, English, and German while he is there. Despite the fact that he knows so little about the woman, he can't help but fall head over heels in love with her. She is adamant that they not get married in a religious ceremony, and after they do get married, certain negative things from her history begin to surface in subtly supernatural ways. He is tasked with determining how best to deal with these issues so as not to jeopardize their marriage in the process.
