The Golden Voices

There's a competition called the "Golden Voices Competition" scheduled for Terrell Christian College (TCC) this year, but the school has a problem: no choir. Head of the music department Georgia Mae Jackson (Irma P. Hall) is given one month by Assistant Dean Vickie Wilson (Tonea Stewart) to put together a choir or lose her job. Sidney Nicole Taylor (Nikki Dixon), Georgia's granddaughter, is tricked into taking over the choir after her grandmother's back goes out. By enlisting R&B singer Jax Rebel (Mario Mims), a former bad boy, to assist with the choir, Sidney completely transforms the college. When Dean Wilson learns about Jax's troubled past, he threatens to fire Georgia. Will Georgia's job be saved by Sidney and Jax?
