The Happy Film
His work has been used by the Rolling Stones and Jay-Z. Stefan Sagmeister lives in the city of his dreams and works for some of the world's most famous artists. Business is going well, but he thinks there must be more to life. Sagmeister wants to change his personality by trying to figure out what makes people happy, so he takes on a huge project. A trusted psychologist told Sagmeister to try three different things: meditation, therapy, and taking drugs. His journey is the subject of the Happy Film. It shows him joy, ecstasy, sorrow, change, love, and death, as well as all the other things that happen to him.
