The Hidden Fortress

Matashichi and Tahei, two Japanese peasants, attempt and fail to profit from a tribal war. They discover a man and a woman hiding in a fortress who they mistake for simple tribe members. Despite the fact that the peasants are unaware that Rokurota is a general and Yuki is a princess, they agree to accompany the pair to safety in exchange for gold. Along the way, the general must demonstrate his combat abilities while concealing his identity.
