The Innocents

1945 in Poland. In order to assist war survivors, Mathilde, a young French Red Cross doctor, sets off on a journey. She is carried to a convent where other pregnant nuns are hiding, struggling to reconcile their religious beliefs with the fact that they are expecting a child. When Mathilde disappears, they have no other choice but to turn to her for help.
