There's an old urn outside of Rome that's been discovered. One violent event leads to another as the city is overrun by enigmatic, sinister-looking young women from all over the world who arrive in droves once the safe is opened. When Mater Lacrimarum returns, the last of three strong witches who have spread terror and death for millennia, all of these events will be brought to a stop. Sarah Mandy, an art student who appears to have supernatural powers of her own, is the only one left to stop the Mother of Tears from destroying Rome.
