In Afghanistan, a small group of U.S. soldiers are alone at the remote Combat Outpost Keating, which is in the middle of a valley between three mountains. They are trying to fight off an overwhelming force of Taliban fighters who have coordinated their attack. The Battle of Kamdesh, as it was known, was the bloodiest American fight in Afghanistan in 2009. Bravo Troop 3-61 CAV was one of the most decorated units in the 19-year war.
