The Police Are Blundering in the Dark

When Giorgio D'Amato arrives at Edmondo Parisi's villa to meet his friend Enrichetta, the model has been cut to death with a pair of scissors by someone else. As a favor, the crippled and neurotic Parisi had asked her to come to the villa. He had made a device that lets him take pictures of his thoughts. Among the other guests are Parisi's wife, Eleonora, who is gay; Alberto the butler, who is always around; and Lucia, the unrestrained housekeeper. Sara, Edmondo's niece, asks D'Amato to help her find the murderer, and she seems to be the only person who isn't crazy. Soon, the mysterious hand will strike again. This time, Lucia will be the one to be hit by it.
