The movie revolves around the exploits of an investigative firm in Hong Kong called Mannix Private Detective Firm. It is headed by private investigator Wong Yeuk Sze (Michael Hui) with his psychologically drained aide Puffy (Ricky Hui). On The Other Hand, Lee Kwok Set (Samuel Hui), a martial art professional, who operates at a Vitasoy plant factory and also invests the majority of the time doing martial art methods to thrill a girl, eventually sheds his task. Seeking to discover another job, Lee attempts to joins Wong's investigative firm. Despite Lee's impact with his martial art talent which entails his seizing trick, Wong was not amazed. After that, as it appears that Lee would not get the job, Wong finds that his budget was missing and also was assumed stolen by one spectator that ran into them. Lee obstructs him and also recovers the pocketbook, thus pleased Wong to employ him for the job.
