The Quest: The Longest Drive

The two Beaudine brothers initially turn down rancher Hatcher's offer to accompany him on his cattle drive, but they later change their minds when he is shot. As a result, they set out with six other riders, a cook, and a recuperating owner in order to transport 1500 cows to Colorado, which is 1,000 miles away. Accidents, Indians, two of the riders attempting to rustle some of Hatcher's cattle and flee, squatters demanding money, a stampede, and a lack of water will be encountered along the trip.
