Manuel is a corrupt politician who enjoys the lifestyle made possible by kickbacks. He entertains his friends on boats, dines at upscale restaurants, and gives his family a lavish lifestyle. Manuel blatantly bribes, blackmails, and pays off anyone who threatens to disclose his inner circle's activities.
