Chinatown crime boss Terence Wei asks hired killer John Lee to kill the young son of police officer Stan Zedkov. Lee has the boy in his sights, but his conscience makes him decide not to kill the boy. Lee is afraid that Wei will kill his family in China to get back at him, so he goes to an expert forger, Meg Coburn, to get the passport he needs to leave the country. However, a group of replacement killers soon finds him and kills them all.
