The Sleeping City

A young doctor who was taking a break from work was shot in the head. The police can't even think of a possible motive. One of the men who will be on duty at the hospital is Fred Rowan (Richard Conte), a detective who has worked as an army medic and is pretending to be an intern. A high-pressure world is what Rowan finds, and he finds that interns are pushed to the limit for time, sleep, energy, and money. They are on the edge of both personal and professional disaster.
