Peter and Michael, increased on the streets of Philadelphia, are the youngsters of Irish mob participants, forever connected by the criminal activities of their fathers. 30 years later, Michael now runs the criminal organization as well as starves for even more power, his unsafe shenanigans often held in check by his mindful cousin Peter.
