For the past two decades, Bruno and Malik have existed in a world that is distinct from that of neurotypical children and adolescents. They train young people from disadvantaged areas to be carers for extreme cases that have been rejected by all other institutions. They are in charge of two independent nonprofit organizations called The Hatch and The Shelter. Outside of the typical context, this is a remarkable collaboration between some truly outstanding people.
