Dong-chul was North Korea's top special field agent, but his government abandoned him during a mission. While fleeing, he searches for his wife and child, who have been sold as slaves to China, only to discover their bodies. He quickly discovers that his colleague is responsible for the murder and defectes to the South in search of his nemesis. He searches for him throughout the day and moonlights as a temp driver and personal driver for Chairman PARK at night. The chairman is assassinated one night, but not before he hands off a pair of glasses to Dong-chul. He is now on the run again, accused by the intelligence service of murdering the chairman while attempting to decipher the secret concealed within the glasses. He had no idea that, depending on who eventually wins control of the secret, it may become either a national threat or a national treasure.
