The Tailor of Panama

A British spy is exiled to Panama after having an affair with the mistress of an ambassador. Once he arrives, he makes contact with a local tailor with a shady past and ties to all of Panama's top political and mafia players. The tailor also has a wife who works for the president of Panama and an enormous debt. The aim is to determine the President's plans for the Canal.
