When he is caught by tabloid photographers with his mistress Elena, a well-known and stunning fashion model, billionaire Pierre Levasseur attempts to avoid a divorce by constructing an absurd lie. In the snapshot, he makes use of the presence of a bystander to convince his wife that it is not he that Elena is looking at but rather another man, one François Pignon. Pignon is a quiet, unassuming young man who works as a parking valet. Elena must move in with Pignon in order for the story to be credible.
