The Work and the Glory

People who move to upstate New York in the early 1800s end up in a town that is divided by religion. Benjamin Steed and Mary Ann Steed didn't know this when they moved their family there. Everyone in the Steed family must come to terms with their own beliefs in the face of a lot of pressure. Their new hired help turned out to be the source of the trouble. Together, they try to fight off a raging debate about a young man named Joseph Smith.
